Registration

Registration forms should be sent fully completed together with the bank receipt and not later than October, 1st, 2009. Registration will be confirmed to participants after receipt of the above mentioned documents. Should there be no attached documents for wire transfer, the Congress Secretariat keeps the right to ask for the settlement of the full amount.

After the above-mentioned date, participants can also be registered onsite at the Congress Secretariat, which will operate at the Creta & Terra Maris Conference Venue during the Congress.  The operating Schedule of the Onsite Secretariat Desk will be announced very soon.

Please note that registration for the accommodation, excursions and events will be confirmed upon payment on a “first come, first served” basis.

Kindly note that students who enjoy a reduced fee have to show their student card or an official letter from their educational institute confirming their status, while registered.

Full settlement of the registration fee is needed in order to receive confirmation.

For any cancellation sent in writing until 30 June, 2009, a 50% refund will be possible. After this date full cancellation fees will be charged.

The same policy will be also valid for group registrations.
